I’m one of the twelve panel members. When we were first selected we had over 60 issues to categorize. Our main focus is ensure each fan is being listened to and each problem is getting addressed accordingly.
My main responsibility within the panel is to answer and deal with our email enquiries.
I always ensure every persons query gets answered and if I need more feedback from the club then I make sure each person is updated throughout the process.
So far so good!
While I feel our meetings have been very productive, I personally would like to see more changes happen more quickly so everyone else can see us hopefully making a difference and fans have a better experience.
